Hello Guild Members,

The second thing that I must do is apologize to all of you. Over the past few weeks I have been dealing with real life issues and trying to kick various versions of the flu and severe head colds that just plain wore me out. I will also admit that after having so many people I considered friends abandon the guild to move to a new server I was feeling pretty down and trying to figure out where I had gone wrong as GM.

After much reflection and talking with Irish (Cowheadlady), I came to realize that the reasons we originally created the Marauders still rang true. We wanted a guild where the members would feel like they were part of a family. We wanted to do away with the drama so many guilds deal with on a daily basis. We wanted everyone to reach out and help those that needed a helping hand with questing, running instances or learning to play their character better. We wanted it to be a place where everyone would feel valued and never ridiculed for any reason. We wanted a guild that would allow us to develop friendships with people from all over the US and the world. We wanted to grow as friends and players advancing to the end game together even if some of us had to wait a little while longer for others to join us.

Today partly because I know that the reasons I wanted to create a guild were still as important now as they were a little over a year ago but mainly because of you the loyal members I am rededicating myself to create a guild that we can all be proud to call home. I will do everything I can to turn things around and make our guild one we can all be proud of and one that others will want to join.

We have changed the guild name as “Marauders” had become a name from the past that I no longer felt represented who I wanted to be. Our new name “Nos es Nex”, means “We are Death”. It is a unique name, not found on any other server so it belongs just to us. To me it signifies that we will conquer whatever comes our way. Over the next few days we will move from the old guild to our new guild. We will have new ranks and our website name will change as will our logo but it will still have the same content you have become used to seeing. We will be a strong guild because of you the member and I am proud to be a part of that.

Though the wording is changed our Motto remains the same:

No Member is Forgotten! No Member is Left Behind!
